Sendai Systems announces a new version of GroupVille for the new Mac OS X Server and WebObjects 5 for Java - a free upgrade for all existing customers
Switzerland, 12.02.2001. A new version of GroupVille for the new Mac OS X Server and WebObjects 5 is currently in the works, featuring:
- Browser-based server administration
- Easier file uploads and downloads
- Web mail (POP3) in addition to instant messaging
and many more interface and feature enhancements.
We are also working on synchronization with Palm OS devices and on the GroupVille SDK for a later release.
The new version will be a free upgrade for all current GroupVille customers, and will run with WebObjects 5 for Java on all the platforms it supports (including the brand new Mac OS X Server).
As we are concentrating on the new release for WebObjects 5, we do not plan to offer support for WebObjects 4.5.1 on Mac OS X.
Pricing and availability of the new version will be published later this year.
